Christine Velez, Founder and Lead Consultant, has over 20 years of sales management and retail marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Organic Food and Specialty Retailing.

This philosophy enabled her to create positive change to affect company culture, profitability and sales growth at the companies she has worked for. At the center of this belief is the value placed on “People”. A company’s greatest strength (or weakness) is it’s people and it can only flourish when people respect one another, collaborate and are placed in the job that best matches their skill set. As we all know, this doesn’t always happen…but it can!

Christine has held 15 key positions over the past 20 years at 4 diverse companies. Christine brings 13 years of sales management and trade marketing experience working at Global Companies like Kellogg Sales Company, Cadbury plc and L’Oreal. Her understanding of retailing and e-commerce is grounded by 7 years of buying, merchandising and retail marketing experience at Mars Music Inc. In addition to her various positions, Christine has facilitated training in the areas of Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Strategic Selling, Strategic Negotiating and Guerilla Marketing.

Christine graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
